Zusammenfassung

Envision Energy seeks an RCC Team Lead to direct 24/7 Remote Control Center operations for its Battery Energy Storage Systems and onshore wind assets across Europe and LATAM. You will drive fleet availability, performance and safety while ensuring compliance with internal procedures and grid requirements.

You will provide strategic leadership, develop operating standards, and coordinate across Operations, Engineering, Service, Asset Management and external stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Technical qualification in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Automation, Control Systems, Renewable Energy, or related field.
• Bachelor's degree, Higher Vocational Training, or equivalent technical education with industry experience considered.
• 7–10 years of experience in renewable energy operations including BESS/wind assets.
• 3–5 years in leadership of operational teams or 24/7 service operations.
• Strong knowledge of BESS, wind, SCADA, HMI, EMS, and grid operations.
• Ability to interpret operational data, logs, and protection events for decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency required; Spanish desirable.

Aufgaben

• Lead and manage 24/7 RCC operations for BESS and wind fleets.
• Develop strategies, procedures, escalation protocols, and performance standards.
• Oversee monitoring, dispatching, remote operations, and incident management across shifts.
• Maximize fleet availability, energy production, and reliability; reduce downtime.
• Coordinate incident response, RCA, and cross-functional actions during major events.
• Foster safety-first culture; mentor RCC Supervisors and Operators.
• Align RCC with Field Ops, Service, Engineering, Asset Management, and Grid Compliance.
• Drive SCADA/HMI/EMS optimization and reporting automation.
