Job summary

Trusted Crew is seeking a Project Manager for major railway projects in Olazti, Navarre, Spain. This contract role starts as soon as possible for a minimum of 2 years, paying €300 per day. Hours are 08:00 to 16:30, or 07:00 to 14:00 during the summer.

You will coordinate material receipts and flows, track stock and deliveries, and manage supplier-related issues. You will liaise with the logistics partner and client team in the Czech Republic to keep projects aligned.

Qualifications

• Senior experience in industrial logistics, supply chain, expediting or industrial project management.
• Fluent English, for regular contact with the team in the Czech Republic.
• Strong background in coordinating shipments and supplier issues.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material receipts and flows, tracking stock and deliveries.
• Manage supplier-related issues and targets for on-time deliveries.
• Coordinate standard and urgent shipments and returns when required.
• Resolve discrepancies and material returns efficiently.
• Maintain regular contact with the logistics partner and the Czech Republic client team.
