Alstom in Getafe is hiring a Railway Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff to delivery, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and customer expectations, while coordinating with engineering, procurement, logistics, production and quality teams.

You will monitor schedules and costs, negotiate variations, manage risks and claims, and identify new business opportunities. Desirable knowledge of SAP and MS Project is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical, Economics, Administration or similar.
• 3–5 years in similar positions.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP and MS Project.

Responsabilités

• Project schedule tracking and monitoring.
• Project cost control and tracking.
• Customer communication and negotiation of variation orders.
• Identification of new customers and business opportunities.
• Negotiation of cost deviations and claims.
• Project risk and opportunity management, including action plan implementation and follow-up.
