HaslerRail AG in Madrid Getafe seeks a dynamic Project Manager International to support sales during offers and run customer-specific production projects in an international setting.

You will lead project teams, ensure on-time delivery, manage costs, and coordinate between sales, engineering and HR. Fluency in Spanish and English, willingness to travel, and a proven track record in high‑quality, normative environments are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electronic engineering or equivalent technical discipline.
• PMP certification or CAPM is a valuable asset.
• Proven experience managing railway or technical projects with strict quality and standards.
• Fluent Spanish and English with excellent documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel and coordinate across international sites.

Responsabilidades

• Lead project team and ensure project success in time, budget, and quality.
• Support sales during offer phase and manage customer communications.
• Coordinate interfaces between sales, engineering, and HR in projects.
• Organize product acceptance tests with customers in Madrid or Prague.
• Identify risks, changes, and opportunities; implement process improvements.
