Job summary

IDOM is seeking a Bid Specialist to join the Rail & Transit team in Bilbao or Madrid. You will support bid preparation, coordinate tender processes, and ensure documentation aligns with client specs and industry standards.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in tender support, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with InDesign is a plus. The role offers a hybrid setup with remote options and growth towards partner level.

Qualifications

• Engineering or related degree required.
• 1–2 years of tender support or proposal coordination experience in rail/transit/infrastructure preferred.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation, coordination and presentation of competitive bids for railway projects.
• Ensure tender docs meet customer specs, standards and internal quality benchmarks.
• Track tender opportunities, deadlines and bid progress using project tools.
• Assist tender team in preparing client meeting materials.
• Contribute to post-tender evaluations and process improvements.
