Job summary

AECOM is seeking a Civil Infrastructure Project Manager/Design Manager to lead the rail design team within a dynamic consultancy. The role oversees multidisciplinary design processes and coordinates teams across planning, design, and delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, extensive PM/DM experience in civil infrastructure for rail, and the ability to manage budgets, schedules, and quality to meet client specifications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in civil infrastructure PM/DM.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.

Responsibilities

• Project & Design Leadership in Rail Infrastructure: lead design for civil rail projects from planning to execution and closure.
• Multidisciplinary Team Coordination: manage and inspire design teams.
• Coordinate with EC offices for Multidisciplinary and/or Multicentre projects.
• Design Process Management: oversee design stages from concept to delivery and monitor timelines.
• Maintain high design quality and compliance with standards and client specs.
