Job summary

Siemens Gamesa is seeking an experienced R&D Program Manager to lead the 7.X NPD program, reporting to the Head of Platform. You will drive cross-functional alignment among Chief Engineers and Module Program Managers to ensure timely market introduction while maintaining governance under PLM@WIND.

You will own the integrated program plan, manage critical paths, milestones, risks, and budget adherence, ensuring safety, quality, cost, and schedule commitments are met.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading complex product development programs or large engineering projects in wind.
• Fluency in PLM@WIND governance is essential.
• Strong planning, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and executive reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall 7.X program and ensure safety, quality, cost, and schedule targets.
• Drive governance, milestone planning, Gate readiness, and risk management.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver program milestones and manage dependencies.
