Nordex SE is seeking a Concept & Technology Lead to technically drive projects for new wind turbine technologies. You will manage interdisciplinary teams and advise senior leadership, focusing on aerodynamics, blade design concepts and aeroelasticity.

Ideal candidates will have engineering credentials, international collaboration experience, and fluency in English. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strategic thinking, and clear technical documentation to shape future turbine technology.

Formación

• Degree in engineering, applied science, or equivalent*.
• Several years of industrial R&D experience in aerodynamics, blade design concepts and aeroelasticity.
• Strong knowledge of analyses, studies, and calculations for blade technology in wind turbines.
• Excellent communication and leadership with English fluency.

Responsabilidades

• Drive wind turbine technology advancements and associated systems with technical expertise and people management.
• Lead innovation to reduce cost of energy through aerodynamics and rotor optimisation.
• Lead and conduct engineering analyses, studies, and calculations at concept level.
• Manage small to medium interdisciplinary project teams and provide technical guidance.
• Act as technical advisor for product strategy and upper management.
• Document results clearly and communicate with all company functions.
