Nordex SE is seeking a Director Commercial Operations to lead wind project commercial activities from idea through execution. You will align commercial strategy with global wind objectives, coordinate across sales, PMO, operations, and clients, and ensure profitable, timely project delivery.

You will drive complex bids, oversee commercial terms, and monitor KPIs such as profitability, backlog, and margins. Strong leadership, risk management, and ESG compliance are essential for success in this

Formación

• University degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration (ADE), or a similar field
• A Master’s degree in Renewable Energy, Commercial Management, or an MBA is desirable
• High level of English, equivalent to C1

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute the strategy for commercial operations, aligning with wind business objectives at national and international levels.
• Oversee preparation of complex bids, including planning, technical scope, and commercial terms.
• Manage key negotiations with strategic clients and optimize execution processes, monitoring margins and forecasts.
• Lead communication and coordination among sales, PMO, supply chain, and production teams.
• Assess and mitigate commercial, operational, regulatory, and environmental risks, ensuring safety and ESG compliance.
