The role involves designing and optimizing processes, coordinating lab activities, and collaborating with various teams. Candidates should have a degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering, 2+ years of experience in chemical synthesis, and high proficiency in English. Formación

• Proven track record in process development and scale-up.
• 2+ years of experience in chemical synthesis.
• PhD in Organic Synthesis is desirable.

Responsabilidades

• Design and optimize chemical processes.
• Scale up processes to an industrial level.
• Coordinate R&D laboratory activities.
• Provide technical support to the production plant.
• Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams.
