Job summary

IFF, a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, seeks an on-site EPMO - R&D Project Manager in Benicarló, Spain. You will drive innovation programs from concept to commercialization with rigorous PMO governance.

You translate complex research into actionable plans, align multidisciplinary teams, and manage Stage Gate reviews to balance science, value, and execution across R&D, Commercial, and Manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Chemistry, Biology or another scientific or technical discipline.
5–7 years of progressive Project Management, Program Management or PMO experience supporting R&D, science or innovation programs.
Experience leading multidisciplinary scientific or technical projects with evolving scope and timelines.
Ability to influence without authority and align competing priorities among stakeholders.
Strong understanding of Stage Gate, NPD governance and discovery-driven environments.

Responsibilities

Lead R&D innovation and renovation programs through Stage Gate governance.
Influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and align priorities.
Translate scientific work into actionable project strategies, milestones and decisions.
Develop integrated project plans linking milestones, risks, resources, and commercialization timelines.
Champion PMO standards and continuous improvement in discovery and innovation contexts.
Provide concise, decision-oriented project and portfolio insights to leadership.
