IFF Benicarló, S.L. is seeking an experienced EPMO - R&D Project Manager to lead innovation and renovation programs in a fast-paced, collaborative, on-site role in Benicarló, Spain.

Translate complex research into actionable project plans and guide Stage Gate processes from concept to commercialization while influencing multidisciplinary teams without direct authority. You will partner with scientists, technical leaders, and business stakeholders to balance priorities, drive decisions, and

Competenze

• 5–7 years of progressive Project Management or PMO experience in R&D, technology development or innovation programs.
• Strong ability to influence without authority and align cross functional teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Solid understanding of Stage Gate, New Product Development and R&D governance.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear project implications and actions.
• Experience managing multiple programs with dependencies, resources and risks.
• Fluent professional English.
