Persánis is seeking a Regulatory Senior Specialist to ensure full regulatory compliance for detergents and related products. You will classify chemical mixtures, prepare SDSs, manage dossiers, and monitor evolving regulations across markets.

You will interact with suppliers, labs, and external bodies, supporting certifications and audits while leading regulatory initiatives with strong attention to detail.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
• English fluency with strong written and verbal skills.
• Knowledge of REACH, CLP, and Detergents Regulation.
• Minimum of two years in regulatory role in household products.
• Proficiency in Excel, Access and Power BI.
• Experience creating SDSs and classifying mixtures is a plus.
• REACH-IT experience.

Responsabilidades

working for a cleaner world, we are looking for you to join our Team, as Regulatory Senior Specialist

Mission

To ensure full compliance of products with applicable legal requirements and industry standards, safeguarding consumer safety, minimizing legal risks, and supporting the company’s sustainable growth.

Main Responsibilities

• Verification of product regulatory compliance with legal and customer requirements in the area of detergent products.
• Classification of chemical mixtures and development of safety data sheets, ingredient data sheets, etc.
• Poison Centres Notification (PCN) submissions.
• Maintaining and updating product dossiers.
• Ongoing monitoring of legal acts regarding the control and management of chemical mixtures.
• Assessment of raw material’s compliance with legal and customer requirements.
• Communication within the supply chain (e.g., with raw materials suppliers).
• Support in laboratory testing plans.
• Additional product certification, e.g., EU Ecolabel.
• Contact with external institutions (State Sanitary Inspection, Oddice for Registration of Medicinal products, Medical devices and Biocidal Products, Polish Centre for Testing and Cerfification).
• Cooperation with internal and external clients.
• Representing the company and actively participating in audits.

Minimum Requirements

Academic Background : Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field such as Biotechnology.

Language Skills: English, with fluent written and verbal communication skills.

Technical Skills:

• Demonstrated Knowledge and application of key regulations, including REACH, CLP, and the Detergents Regulation.
• Minimum of two years in a similar regulatory position within the household product industry.
• Project management.
• Office automation tools - Excel, Access, Power BI, etc.
• Familiarity with software for creating SDSs and classifying mixtures will be considered an additional asset.
• REACH-IT.

Soft Skills : Good communication skills, leadership, ability to work in teams, ability to work under pressure, strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements effectively, highly organized, self-taught, and detail-oriented, with a natural curiosity and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Other relevant information: Experience in managing a small team will be an additional advantage.
