Persán is seeking a Plant Shift Senior Supervisor in Sevilla to lead and train the solid packaging team on a rotating shift. You will supervise daily activities, monitor productivity, and ensure safe, efficient operation of plant facilities.

The role requires a technical engineering background, strong leadership, and at least 3 years in similar roles. You will collaborate across departments, with opportunities for professional development and international projects.

Formación

• Education: Technical Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering (equivalents considered).
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Analytical skills and proactivity with good communication.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.

Responsabilidades

• Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift.
• Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift.
• Record personnel movements for productivity and payroll calculations.
• Ensure operational efficiency of plant facilities and equipment.
• Supervise KPIs (OEE, Productivity, overweight, breakage).
• Maintain order and cleanliness of plant facilities and equipment.
• Ensure safety of people and facilities and final product quality.
• Coordinate with Maintenance for breakdowns and repairs.

Plant Shift Senior Supervisor

Main Responsibilities:

• Organize, manage, and train the solid packaging personnel on your shift.

• Supervise and directly control the work of personnel on your shift.

• Record personnel movements (important for productivity calculations and payroll management).

• Ensure the operational efficiency of the plant’s facilities and equipment.

• Supervise KPIs (OEE, Productivity, overweight, breakage, etc.).

• Ensure the general order and cleanliness of the plant’s facilities and equipment.

• Ensure the safety of people and facilities.

• Ensure the quality of the final product and verify certain Quality controls.

• Immediate management of breakdowns. Coordination with Maintenance.

• Maintain a global vision of the process and interdepartmental relationships.

Requirements:

• Education: Technical Industrial Engineering or Industrial Organization Engineering (equivalents will also be considered).
• Leadership and team management experience.
• Good social and communication skills. Proactivity and initiative.
• Analytical skills.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in similar positions.
