Persán S.A. is seeking a Fragrance Strategy Senior Supervisor to lead fragrance development projects with a focus on innovation and global scope. You will manage internal methodologies, optimize the fragrance portfolio, and coordinate with senior leaders across international markets.

The role requires extensive FMCG fragrance experience, strong stakeholder management, and a strategic vision to drive projects from concept to execution. English proficiency at a high level is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 7+ years in a similar role incl 5 years in team management and ~3 years reporting to senior management.
• High level of English (C1).

Responsabilidades

• Lead fragrance development projects with a focus on innovation and emerging technologies.
• Identify trends and opportunities to create differentiated fragrance propositions.
• Manage strategic relationships with international fragrance houses and suppliers.
• Own and improve internal fragrance evaluation methodologies and processes.
• Manage and optimize the fragrance portfolio balancing performance, differentiation and cost.
• Monitor competitor fragrance strategies and scent trends across FMCG worldwide.
• Develop understanding of regional scent preferences and consumer expectations across markets.
• Inspire the organization through workshops and innovation frameworks.
• Lead, coach and develop the technical team.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects with key stakeholders.
• Act as the link between Fragrance Development and senior leadership.

Fragrance Strategy Senior Supervisor

Main responsibilities:

• Lead fragrance development projects with a strong focus on innovation and emerging technologies.
• Identify trends, opportunities and new approaches to create differentiated fragrance propositions.
• Manage strategic relationships with international fragrance houses and suppliers.
• Own and continuously improve internal fragrance evaluation methodologies and processes.
• Manage and optimize the company's fragrance portfolio, balancing performance, differentiation and cost efficiency.
• Monitor competitor fragrance strategies and emerging scent trends across FMCG categories worldwide.
• Develop a deep understanding of regional scent preferences and consumer expectations across international markets.
• Inspire the wider organization through workshops, ideation sessions and innovation frameworks.
• Lead, coach and develop the technical team.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects involving with other key stakeholders.
• Act as the key link between Fragrance Development and senior leadership teams.

Academic Background

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.

Relevant experience

• Relevant experience within FMCG, preferably Home Care, Personal Care, Cosmetics or Fragrance-related businesses.

High level of English (C1)

• High level of English (C1).

Specific Technical Knowledge and Tools

• +7 years of experience in similar rol (including 5 years of experience in team management and about 3 years reporting to senior management).

International exposure

• Previous experience leading technical or cross-functional teams.
