You will coach, develop, and align technical work with strategic targets while safeguarding IP and processes. You’ll collaborate with MOHP BL RP stakeholders and drive performance across projects.

You’ll thrive in a hands-on leadership role staying office-based at the Madrid site, delivering tangible impact through talent development, rigorous documentation, and adherence to HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with hands-on power electronics validation.
• +5 years' experience leading R&D teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English, with risk management and incident handling.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical resource for the team and provide technical support for internal and external contacts.
• Plans capacity, people, and resources for R&D projects.
• Allocates work/tasks to team members and supervises workload within the team.
• Recommends, develops, and improves processes, procedures, and tools to enhance team operations.
• Ensures talent management through coaching, performance feedback, and provides development and career guidance.
• Ensures appropriate documentation of knowledge and compliance with company HSE rules and regulations.
• In this role, you'll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact.
