The role requires managing seven engineers, coordinating with global centers, and travel up to 10% annually. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical).
• Experience leading a team in control engineering or similar roles.
• Multicultural leadership experience is required.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Power Electronics Engineers, focusing on Grid Integration projects.
• Balance engineering delivery with people leadership, ~50/50 split.
• Oversee Control Application activities (HIL/SIL) and project delivery.
• Coordinate with Engineering Managers across global centers and budget planning.
