JC Brand Esp Market SL in Madrid is seeking a senior Technical Engineer to lead Jersey garment development from design to production. You will create precise specifications, collaborate with designers on prototyping, and ensure high-quality industrialization of products.

You will work cross-functionally to balance quality, feasibility, and cost, while maintaining tight production timelines in a fast-paced fashion environment. Fluency in Spanish plus English and/or German is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a comparable field with a strong technical focus.
• 6-8 years of experience in Technical Engineering, ideally in fast fashion or Jersey products for Women.
• Deep expertise in Jersey garment construction and industrial production processes.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Excellence: Create precise technical specifications and measurements for all Jersey products and ensure a smooth handover from design to production.
• Fit & Development: Work closely with Designers during prototyping, lead fit sessions, and provide clear, constructive feedback to refine fit, silhouette, and construction.
• Quality Ownership: Oversee quality throughout development and production, ensuring garments meet brand standards and aesthetics.
• Interface Role: Act as the key link between Design and Production, ensuring seamless industrialization and solving fabric, trim, stitching, and construction challenges.
• Process Optimization: Continuously improve production methods to balance quality, feasibility, and cost efficiency while meeting timelines and market demands.
