JC Brand Esp Market SL is seeking a hands-on Technical Assistant in Madrid to support the translation of designs into production-ready specs, collaborate on prototypes, and uphold brand quality across women’s garments.

You will work closely with Design, Product Development, and Production teams, ensuring clear technical communication and continuous learning within a dynamic fashion environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, Apparel Production, or a comparable technical field.
• Solid understanding of garment construction and production processes.
• Structured, hands-on approach with eager-to-learn attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Support: assists in creating technical specs and measurements for products and ensures smooth handover from Design to Production.
• Fit Assistance: collaborates with Designers during prototyping, participates in fit sessions, documents and implements fit adjustments.
• Quality Focus: supports quality checks throughout development and production to meet brand and fit standards.
• Interface Support: acts as a link between Design, Product Development and Production; clarifies technical questions on fabrics, trims, stitching, and construction for Women’s styles.
• Learning & Improvement: contributes to optimizing development and production processes and builds technical know-how with senior team support.
