JC Brand Esp Market SL in Madrid invites applicants for a role within our fashion tech team. You will support technical specs, assist with fit sessions, and help ensure garment quality from Design to Production in a fast-paced environment.

Based in our Madrid design hub, you will work closely with Designers, Product Development and Production to document construction adjustments, contribute to private label strategies, and grow your technical expertise with senior team support.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical fashion field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Technical Engineering, Product Development or Apparel Production.
• Familiar with technical drawings and tools such as Adobe Illustrator and PLM systems.
• Fluent in Spanish, English and/or German.

Responsabilidades

• Technical Support: you help create technical specifications and measurements for products and ensure smooth handover from Design to Production.
• Fit Assistance: you work with Designers during prototyping, participate in fit sessions, and document adjustments.
• Quality Focus: you support quality checks throughout development and production to meet brand and fit standards.
• Interface Support: you act as a link between Design, Product Development and Production to clarify fabric, trims, stitching, and construction questions for Women’s styles.
• Learning & Improvement: you contribute to optimizing development and production processes and build your technical know-how with senior team support.
