Peek & Cloppenburg Madrid design hub invites experienced Technical Engineers to join our private label development team. In this role you will create precise technical specifications for Jersey garments and coordinate handover from design to production.

You will work with designers, prototyping teams, and suppliers to optimize fit, construction, and manufacturing processes while balancing quality and cost.

Formación

• Educational background in Fashion Technology, Textile Engineering, or a comparable field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Technical Engineering, ideally in fast fashion or Jersey products for Women.
• Strong technical drawing skills and experience with PLM systems; able to translate details across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create precise technical specifications and measurements for Jersey products.
• Lead fit sessions with designers and provide clear feedback to refine fit and construction.
• Oversee quality throughout development and production to meet brand standards.
• Act as the key link between Design and Production for seamless industrialization.
• Continuously improve production methods balancing quality, feasibility and cost.
