Job summary

Brembo is seeking a Quality Engineer to lead customer projects from RFQ through validation and production launch. You will ensure compliance with automotive requirements while driving cross-functional collaboration in line with Brembo processes.

You will manage PPAP, address 0Km quality issues, and monitor field performance including warranty campaigns. Strong English and Automotive Core Tools expertise are essential.

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to lead and coordinate customer projects from RFQ through validation and production launch, ensuring compliance with customer, automotive requirements while driving effective cross-functional collaboration, in accordance with Brembo procedures.

Your key responsibilities

• Represent the voice of the customer in the product development platform, from RFQ through validation and production launch and to SOP.
• Support the platforms ensuring the development of robust products and processes, fully compliant with customer expectations, automotive standards, regulatory requirements and Brembo processes&methodologies.
• Support the plant in managing the PPAP and 0Km quality issues.
• Manage the quality performance of the product in field, including contractual warranty and special field actions (e.g. service/recall campaigns).

What we are looking for

• Relevant professional experience.
• High Education in Science and Technology or a related field.
• Advanced English, with the ability to work confidently in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive Core Tools, at expert level.
• A quality-driven mindset and the ability to represent customer expectations throughout the product development lifecycle.
