Job summary

Manbau is seeking a Quality Engineer for the automotive sector to lead quality activities for new product launches, from development through industrialization and series production. You will ensure adherence to customer requirements and drive continuous improvement across production processes.

The role collaborates with Production, Engineering and Logistics to resolve quality issues, monitor KPIs and support the supplier and OEM ecosystem. Fluent English is required, German welcome.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in Industrial, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering.
• Two years of previous experience in a similar position within automotive industry.
• Fluent written and spoken English (C1 level).
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and quality management systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality activities for new product launches from development through industrialization and series production.
• Develop, supervise and control quality issues in customer environments.
• Participate in and manage escalated processes with customers.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering and Logistics to improve product quality.
• Prepare, monitor and report quality KPIs.
