Applus+ IDIADA is seeking a Quality Engineer in the Homologation area to promote a culture of quality aligned with the Group policy. You will support ISO certifications and maintain QMS documentation across departments.

The role requires a strong QA mindset, collaboration with multiple teams, and active participation in audits to continuously improve processes and compliance in automotive homologation projects.

Formación

• Knowledge of QMS standards (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 17065, ISO 17021-1) and EMS/OHSMS valued but not mandatory.
• Quality tools such as problem-solving analysis, Kaizen and 5S are valued but not mandatory.
• Proactive and cooperative person with client focus.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Passion for quality and well‑executed work.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with development, maintenance and implementation of the QMS and related ISO certifications.
• Ensure proper performance and update of the Management System documentation (procedures, processes, etc.).
• Collaborate with departments to implement quality requirements and improve processes.
• Prepare and attend internal and external audits.
• Support actions to address non-conformities and verify effectiveness.
• Manage non-conforming work and incident management with Quality, Environmental and OHS support.

Job Description

As Quality Engineer and member of the Homologation area, your mission will be to promote a culture of quality according to the Management Policy defined by the IDIADA Group.

Main functions:

• Collaborate with the development, maintenance and implementation of the QMS (ISO Certifications 9001, 14001 and 45001) and ISO 17025, ISO 17020, ISO 17065 and ISO 17021-1 Accreditations according to the IDIADA policy.
• Guarantee the proper performance and update the Management System documentation (update procedures, processes, etc).
• Collaboration with different departments for the correct implementation of the quality requirements defined in the QMS, with the object of improving the processes of the company.
• Prepare and attend internal & external audits.
• Support the process owners audited to establish the necessary actions to solve the non-conformities detected and to follow up the actions defined until verification of effectiveness.
• Manage Non-conforming work and Incident management with support of Quality, Environmental and OHS department.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Aeronautics Engineering, or similar. Other education will be valued depending on the candidate's professional experience.

Languages

High level of English is mandatory. Other languages will be valued (French, German, Italian...).

Profile

• Knowledge in QMS standards (ISO9001, ISO17025, etc.), OHSMS and EMS is valued but not mandatory.
