Oliver Bernard is seeking an Agentic Quality Lead / Manager – Tech for Good to drive a Quality Engineering function toward a self-sufficient model. The role focuses on embedding quality processes across teams, delivering AI-driven QA workflows, and reducing reliance on other groups.

The candidate will lead and develop a team, craft and implement a QA strategy, and communicate with stakeholders across the business. Remote-first with occasional visits to European offices. €80-100K range.

Formación

• Experience leading a QA/Quality Engineering team.
• Experience building agentic/AI-driven quality platforms.
• Remote-first with ability to travel to European offices.
