Oliver Bernard is recruiting an Agentic Quality Lead / Manager to drive a Quality Engineering function towards a Quality as a Service model. You will lead and embed best practices, reduce dependency on other teams, and empower engineers to advance.

The role requires a technical QA/SDET background, strong leadership, and experience with AI workflows. This is a remote-first position with occasional travel to European offices.

Formación

• Experience building Agentic Quality platforms to drive efficiencies across engineering teams and AI workflows.
• Background as a technical QA / SDET, with clean code and test automation frameworks.
• Designing Test Architecture and driving implementation across the business.
• Strong people management, empowering engineers to upskill and develop.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and embed a Quality Engineering function to a self-sufficient model.
• Drive QA strategy and roadmaps across the organization.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to implement quality practices and governance.
