Oliver Bernard is seeking an Agentic Quality Lead / Manager for a Tech for Good client. The role aims to drive a Quality Engineering function toward a Quality as a Service model and embed processes within a central Quality function.

The ideal candidate will bring technical leadership, test architecture design, and strong people management to empower engineers and deliver a self-sufficient QA capability across the business. Remote-first with occasional European office visits.

Formación

• Experience building Agentic Quality platforms with AI workflows.
• Designing test architectures and implementing them across the business.
• Strong people management experience to empower engineers.
• Ability to drive QA strategy and roadmaps across the organisation.
• Stakeholder-friendly communication across multiple teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and evolve the Quality Engineering function into a self-sufficient QA unit.
• Define and implement a QA strategy and roadmap.
• Embed QA processes within product teams and central quality function.
• Coach and empower engineers to upskill and advance their careers.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align quality objectives across the business.
