Adaptive is seeking a Senior QA Specialist to join our team. You will design and execute test strategies, contribute to automation, and ensure high quality across front-office technology solutions for our financial clients.

You will work in a collaborative, test-driven, Agile environment, partner with developers and DevOps, and help grow our QA practices through clear communication and proactive testing.

Formación

• Significant experience in a QA role.
• Ability to derive test cases from functional/technical designs.
• Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation.
• Knowledge of Agile SDLC and understand the QA role in it.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Propose, create and enhance project’s test strategy considering test automation approach.
• Design, maintain and execute test cases and provide your analysis on the results.
• Build a solid understanding of business, technical and operational requirements.
• Work with the team to define the quality assurance process.
• Collaborate with other QAs and DEV team to enhance automated tests and get maximum test coverage.
• Work with Dev and Devops team to improve our test automation tools and solutions.
