Capitole is seeking a QA Functional Analyst to join an international project in a hybrid model. You will work closely with Business, Product, Development and QA teams to translate needs into functional requirements, design and execute tests, and validate releases.

Strong English and French, plus 1–5+ years in functional QA, are ideal. The role offers a hybrid schedule (2–3 days in the office) and collaboration with cross‑functional teams across regions.

Formación

• 1-5+ years of experience in Functional QA, Functional Testing and/or Technical-Functional Analysis.
• Solid experience in functional and regression testing.
• Experience with API testing, Postman/Insomnia, REST and SOAP.
• Experience using Jira for bug and incident management.
• Ability to write User Stories, functional specifications and test documentation.
• Good understanding of application integrations and complex information systems.
• Strong analytical mindset with a quality-oriented approach.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage priorities effectively.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• High level of English and French - C1 would be highly valued.
• Previous experience in transportation and/or e-commerce environments would be a plus.

At Capitole, we keep growing and we are looking for a QA Functional Analyst to join an international project, working closely with Business, Product, Development and QA teams.

Hybrid model: 2-3 days per week at the office

Languages: High level of English and French

What will you be doing?

• Analyse business and customer needs and translate them into technical-functional requirements and solutions.


• Review Release Notes and validate new functionalities.


• Design and execute functional and regression testing to ensure release quality.


• Participate in workshops with Product Owners and business stakeholders to define new features and requirements.


• Gather and formalise business needs, rules and functional requirements.


• Write technical-functional specifications, User Stories and test cases.


• Perform API and web services testing using Postman or Insomnia.


• Work with REST/SOAP services and application integrations.


• Collaborate with Development and QA teams throughout the testing lifecycle.


• Analyse, reproduce and document production incidents.


• Manage bugs, incidents and provider tickets through Jira.


• Participate in technical-functional L2 support activities.


• Track test execution, results and functional analysis progress.


• Contribute to test automation and the continuous improvement of QA processes.

What are we looking for?
