Capitole is seeking a Data Migration System specialist to join an international project focusing on Data Migration and Data Management initiatives across enterprise systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to design, govern, and execute migration solutions in a highly regulated environment.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience leading Data Migration initiatives.
• Strong experience in Data Migration and Data Management.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture and SAP data models.
• Experience with ETL processes and cloud-based Data Migration.
• Experience with SQL databases and data analysis tools.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries.
• Professional English (C1) and Spanish fluency.
• Experience with AWS or other cloud-based Data Migration environments.
• Understanding of system integrations and enterprise platforms.
• Experience with data validation, reconciliation and testing methodologies.
• Understanding of GxP regulated environments.
• Experience delivering global business transformation projects.
• Experience working with migration waves, cutover strategies and go-live activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and coordinating with external vendors.
• Combining technical responsibilities with project coordination.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support Data Migration and Data Management initiatives across global programs.
• Define and contribute to end-to-end migration strategies, architectures, frameworks and technical standards.
• Support data architecture decisions for consistency across systems.
• Lead data discovery, data assessment, data object definition and source-to-target mapping.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration Teams, Data Governance and Security.
• Review technical designs, data transformation rules, validation procedures and reconciliation approaches.
• Define migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures and go-live readiness criteria.
• Provide technical guidance to project teams, migration specialists, developers and analysts.
• Contribute to best practices, templates and governance models for migration projects.
• Support cross-functional teams in a multinational, highly regulated environment.

We are looking for a Data Migration System to join an international project.

In this role, you will work on Data Migration and Data Management initiatives , supporting major business transformation programs across enterprise systems.

You will contribute to the design, governance and execution of data migration solutions, working closely with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and external partners.

What you'll do

Lead and support Data Migration and Data Management initiatives across global programs.

Define and contribute to end-to-end migration strategies, architectures, frameworks and technical standards .

Work on data migration solutions supporting ERP implementations, acquisitions, divestitures and system transformations .

Lead data discovery, data assessment, data object definition and source-to-target mapping activities.

Support data architecture decisions to ensure consistency across systems and platforms.

Review technical designs, data transformation rules, validation procedures and reconciliation approaches .

Define and support migration waves, cutover strategies, rollback procedures and go-live readiness criteria .

Contribute to the definition of best practices, methodologies, templates and governance models for migration projects.

Provide technical guidance and support to project teams, migration specialists, developers and analysts.

Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Application Owners, Integration Teams, Data Governance and Security teams.

Must Have

3+ years of experience leading Data Migration initiatives.

Strong experience in Data Migration and Data Management .

Knowledge of SAP architecture and SAP data models .

Experience with ETL processes and Cloud-based Data Migration solutions .

Experience working with SQL databases and data analysis tools .

Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industries .

Professional / Fluent English (C1) and Spanish .

Experience with AWS or other Cloud-based Data Migration environments.

Understanding of system integrations, enterprise platforms and network connectivity .

Experience with data validation, reconciliation and testing methodologies .

Understanding of GxP regulated environments .

Experience delivering global business transformation projects .

Experience working with migration waves, cutover strategies and go-live activities .

Strong stakeholder management and experience coordinating with external vendors.

Experience combining technical responsibilities with project coordination .

Hybrid model – 2 days on site per week
