Job summary

Santévet Group in Barcelona is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team. You will build and maintain test automation frameworks, drive testing strategies, and ensure high-quality front-end and back-end tests across projects.

With 5+ years of QA automation experience, you will mentor teams, promote a quality-driven culture, and collaborate with QA, development, and product teams. English fluency is required, and mobile testing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer
• Strong hands-on experience in automation (E2E, integration, unit testing)
• Experience with modern automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright
• Ability to define and implement testing strategies across teams or projects
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading QA initiatives
• Strong passion for building a quality-driven culture
• Fluent in English
• Experience in mobile testing is a plus
• ISTQB Test Automation certification is a plus
