Santévet Group in Barcelona seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join our growing team. You will build and maintain automation frameworks, drive testing strategies, and ensure high-quality data and coverage across front-end and back-end systems.

With 5+ years of QA automation experience and proficiency in Cypress or Playwright, you will mentor teams and contribute to a quality-driven culture. The role is based in our central Barcelona office with a hybrid in-office requirement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer.
• Hands-on automation across E2E, integration and unit testing.
• Experience with Cypress or Playwright.
• Ability to define and implement testing strategies across teams or projects.
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading QA initiatives.
• Strong passion for building a quality-driven culture.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in mobile testing is a plus.
• ISTQB Test Automation certification is a plus.

Your responsibilities include:

Profile Required

To succeed in this role:

• You have 5+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer

• Experience with modern automation tools such as Cypress or Playwright
• Ability to define and implement testing strategies across teams or projects
• Experience coaching, mentoring, or leading QA initiatives
• Strong passion for building a quality-driven culture
• Fluent in English
• Experience in mobile testing is a plus
• ISTQB Test Automation certification is a plus
