Formación
- 3+ years of QA or software testing experience with automation.
- Experience testing modern web apps using React/Typescript and .NET.
- Hands-on with frontend and end-to-end testing frameworks.
- Experience writing automated API tests with Postman or Cypress.
- CI/CD integration experience using Azure DevOps or similar.
- Agile experience and collaborative, distributed team work.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
Responsabilidades
- Lead automation-first test strategy for frontend, backend and API layers.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites across platforms.
- Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure fast feedback.
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure testability and reliability.
- Define testing standards, documentation and lifecycle practices.
- Mentor junior team members and influence engineering culture.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to refine acceptance criteria.
