Allfunds is seeking an experienced QA Architecture Lead in Madrid to own the Quality Assurance architecture, defining standards, frameworks, and automated testing strategies aligned with the SDLC. You will serve as the technical authority for QA teams across domains, guiding architectural decisions and ensuring compliance with established standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in leading QA teams and SDLC expertise.
• Hands-on with test automation tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, JUnit/NUnit/pytest).
• Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, ALM for defect/test management.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools (JMeter/LoadRunner) is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in the financial services industry is desirable.
