Job summary

Bespoke Crew is seeking a 2nd Stewardess for a 50m+ private motor yacht currently in Europe, with exciting dual-season cruising plans.

Start date before mid-November; salary 4000–4500 USD DOE; 30 days leave; duties include rotating through departments, leading service when the Chief Stew is absent, mentoring juniors, and managing inventories and uniforms.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in the private yachting industry.
• Experience as a 2nd Stewardess on similar yachts.
• Proven longevity across assignments.

Responsibilities

• Rotate through all departments.
• Lead service when the Chief Stewardess is not onboard.
• Train junior crew members.
