Job summary

The Crew Guy seeks a Senior Deckhand for a 62m private yacht, starting from Malaga, Spain with a Caribbean itinerary. Competitive salary DOE, plus a training budget and discretionary bonus. Start date TBC; long‑term progression and exciting cruising destinations offered.

Candidates should have strong deck skills and tender driving ability, with relevant STCW certs. Opportunity to join a world-cruising exploration yacht with excellent owners, management and work‑life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ yacht experience.
• Yachtmaster Offshore or Yacht Rating/Nav Watch.
• Excellent tender driving and deck skills.
• Passion for watersports – freediving, spearfishing, scuba diving or surfing desirable.
• Valid STCW, ENG1, PB2, B1/B2 and Schengen visa (EU passport preferred).
