Cigna Healthcare seeks a diligent claims analyst in Madrid to perform critical analysis and processing of medical expense claims within established turnaround times. You will ensure accurate data entry into PC and mainframe applications, applying analytical thinking to cost management, monitoring workloads, and collaborating with supervisors to improve processes while upholding strict confidentiality.

• Degree or equivalent experience required.
• Proficiency in English required; other languages advantageous.
• Experience with confidential medical information preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Process and assess medical expense claims within turnaround times.
• Enter data accurately into PC and mainframe systems.
• Apply analytical thinking for cost management and process improvements.
• Monitor workload to maintain timelines and take corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Supervisor on unclear claims and improvements.
• Ensure high-quality reimbursements and timely transactions.
