• Proficient with internal tools and Windows; ability to manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Respond to escalations and daily enquiries from clients and internal teams.
• Investigate queries thoroughly and provide feedback and solutions.
• Coordinate with Claims, Service, Eligibility teams to ensure timely responses.
• Deliver reports and participate in client engagement sessions.
• Ensure documented cases per guidelines and meet KPIs.
