Mars, a global family-owned leader in pet care and human products, offers an internship in Barcelona for a 12-month project-based role focused on deploying and stabilizing Promo Management in Southern Europe. You will support RGM and Sales teams, ensure governance, and drive ROI-focused improvements.

The role emphasizes analytics, Excel and Power BI skills, English fluency, and a hands-on approach to learn revenue management and cross-functional collaboration within Mars’ Five Principles.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree student.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Marketing or Finance background is a plus.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
• Strong command of English.

Responsabilidades

• Support the deployment and stabilization of the 2026 Promo Management project across the Southern European cluster.
• Act as the temporary subject matter expert for Promo processes and TPM tools during the transition.
• Coordinate promotional plan review cycles with KAMs for SCM customers.
• Ensure TPM inputs (volume, budget, ROI, NSV) are accurate for DMR discussions.
• Monitor promotional events and suggest optimization actions during stabilization.
• Track in-market visibility and ensure alignment with Focus reports.
• Identify process improvement actions from project learnings and feedback with cross-functional teams.
• Review WoW and TPE processes one year post-launch to ensure sustainability.
• Design and pilot a lightweight Promo Governance model for Italy as a prep framework.
