Veepee is seeking an intern to support the sales team in our Barcelona office. You will help ensure the operational management of sales in collaboration with the KAM, optimize offer collection, pricing and stock, and assist in offers analysis.

The role offers an international, dynamic environment with hybrid work up to 2 days from home, opportunities to learn through our e-learning platform, and a chance to develop skills in Excel and Google Sheets while balancing multiple priorities.

Formación

• Bachelor/Master student or graduated in ADE, Economics, or similar.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and a “can-do” attitude.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (in both speaking and writing).
• Autonomous and time responsive to reporting deadlines.
• Good knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets.

Responsabilidades

• Activity 1 Analytical Management: analyze the offer and make recommendations to buyers; prepare offer analysis for sales; review catalog info and KPIs; assess pricing and margins; provide end-of-sale reports.
• Activity 2 Commercial Management: prepare brand meeting materials with mi-tic reports; provide commercial backup through the operation closing; daily brand relationship support.
• Activity 3 Operational Management: ensure proper sales operations with partners; manage contracts and resolve first-level disputes; transmit offer details to Data Coordinators; ensure data accuracy and timely offer final prices and stock; work with content manager.
