INTEC Energy Solutions is seeking a seasoned Project Planning & Controlling Manager to lead scheduling, cost control and progress across utility-scale Solar PV and BESS EPC programs. You will drive baseline development, critical path analysis and cost forecasting in collaboration with engineering, procurement, construction and finance teams.

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in project planning and controls within EPC environments.
• Proven experience in utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects is essential.
• BESS project experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, CPM, cost control, forecasting, EAC/CTC and progress measurement.
• Experience with EVM, delay analysis, EOT, change management and claims support is desirable.
• Fluent English and ability to work within international project teams.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage integrated EPC project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Establish project baselines, milestones, critical paths and progress measurement methodologies.
• Monitor project progress against schedules and identify delays, risks and deviations.
• Perform critical path and schedule impact analyses and develop recovery and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning activities within the overall project schedule.
• Review and monitor contractor, subcontractor and supplier schedules.
• Manage project cost control, budgets, commitments, actual costs and forecasts.
• Prepare Cost-to-Complete (CTC), EAC, cash flow and cost variance analyses.
• Provide integrated schedule, cost and progress data for dashboards and reports.
• Identify schedule and cost risks and coordinate corrective actions with teams.

As we continue to expand our project portfolio in Australia and New Zealand, we are looking for an experienced Project Planning & Controlling Manager with a strong background in utility-scale Solar PV and BESS EPC projects.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring and cost control, ensuring projects are delivered in line with contractual milestones, approved budgets and overall project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated EPC project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and handover.
• Establish project baselines, milestones, critical paths and progress measurement methodologies.
• Monitor project progress against approved schedules and proactively identify delays, risks and deviations.
• Perform critical path and schedule impact analyses and develop recovery and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, construction and commissioning activities within the overall project schedule.
• Review and monitor contractor, subcontractor and supplier schedules.
• Manage project cost control, including budgets, commitments, actual costs and forecasts.
• Prepare and regularly update Cost-to-Complete (CTC), Estimate at Completion (EAC), cash flow and cost variance analyses.
• Integrate schedule, cost and progress data to provide a clear view of overall project performance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly project controls reports, forecasts, KPIs and management dashboards.
• Identify schedule and cost risks and coordinate corrective actions with project teams.
• Assess the schedule and cost impact of project changes and delays and support EOT, variation and claim processes.
• Work closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commercial and Finance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in project planning and controls within EPC environments.
• Proven experience in utility-scale Solar PV EPC projects is essential.
• BESS project experience is highly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Strong knowledge of project scheduling, CPM, cost control, forecasting, EAC/CTC and progress measurement.
• Experience with EVM, delay analysis, EOT, change management and claims support is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical, reporting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Fluent English and ability to work effectively within international and multicultural project teams.
