Oxford Global Resources is seeking an experienced PMO to lead Digital Industrial & QA Solutions initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization in Bilbao, Spain. The role supports governance across Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Quality Systems, coordinating with QA, IT, and external vendors to ensure compliant, on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate has PMO/project management experience in pharma, strong governance/_reporting skills, and familiarity with MES/LIMS/LabWare platforms.

Formación

• PMO/Project Coordinator or Project Management experience in pharma or life sciences.
• Experience in GxP-regulated environments and cross-functional governance.
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Laboratory, or Quality Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Support governance, planning, and execution of strategic projects.
• Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests.
• Prepare Steering Committee materials and project status reports.
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and progress.
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, validation processes, and audits.

PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions | Pharmaceutical Industry

We are seeking an experienced PMO – Digital Industrial & QA Solutions to support strategic digital transformation initiatives within a leading pharmaceutical organization.

This role will play a key part in the successful delivery of critical Manufacturing, Laboratory, and Quality Systems projects, working cross-functionally with QA, QC, Manufacturing, Engineering, and IT teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Support governance, planning, and execution of strategic projects
• Track project plans, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
• Manage risks, issues, and change requests
• Prepare Steering Committee materials and project status reports
• Monitor KPIs, budgets, resource allocation, and project progress
• Coordinate activities with internal stakeholders and external vendors
• Ensure compliance with GxP requirements, validation processes, and audit expectations
• Maintain project documentation and governance standards

Desired Experience

• PMO, Project Coordinator, or Project Management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences industry
• Strong understanding of GxP-regulated environments
• Knowledge of Manufacturing, Laboratory, or Quality Systems
• Experience with governance, reporting, and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
