Astek Iberia is seeking an IT PMO to coordinate multiple IT projects across the Spanish operations. This role covers cross-functional domains, including ticketing, security software and other IT initiatives, with a focus on governance and reporting to senior stakeholders.

You will monitor progress, identify risks, maintain documentation, and prepare KPI dashboards while collaborating with local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator or Project Management Support professional within IT environments.
• Proven experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously within a portfolio environment.
• Experience producing executive reporting, dashboards and management presentations.
• Strong experience supporting governance activities, steering committees and status review processes.
• Good understanding of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain project documentation, including project plans, RAID logs, change registers, action trackers and meeting minutes.

• Prepare governance materials and reporting packs for steering committees and project review meetings.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-up of actions and decisions.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast-versus-actual tracking where applicable.
• Manage and maintain departmental documentation repositories.
• Act as a coordination point between local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.

At ASTEK Iberia, We are supporting a leading company in the utilities sector that is running multiple IT initiatives across its Spanish operations.

To strengthen project governance and portfolio visibility, we are looking for an experienced IT PMO who can support the coordination, reporting and monitoring of several projects running in parallel.

This is a broad, cross-functional role covering different technology domains, including areas such as ticketing solutions, security software and other business-critical IT initiatives.

Main responsibilities:
