Gracia101 Talent Solutions is assisting a leading global pharmaceutical company in finding an IT Commercial Tech Project Manager in Barcelona. This role focuses on leading IT projects that support product launches and digital initiatives while ensuring compliance with industry standards.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in IT Project Management, particularly in Pharma or Life Sciences, and must possess excellent stakeholder management skills.

Formación

• 7+ years in IT Project Management or Business Analysis.
• Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, or Healthcare.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate IT projects for product launches and digital initiatives.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery including scope, budget, and timelines.

IT Commercial Tech Project Manager (Barcelona)

We’re currently supporting a leading global pharmaceutical company in the search for an IT Commercial PM.

This role sits at the intersection of IT, Digital, and Commercial/Medical operations, driving international initiatives across EUCAN & International markets.

You will:

• Lead and coordinate IT projects supporting product launches and digital initiatives
• Manage end-to-end project delivery (scope, budget, timelines, vendors)
• Ensure compliance with SDLC, IT Security, and GDPR frameworks
• Collaborate across Commercial, Medical, Data & Analytics, and global digital teams
• Drive process improvements and ways of working

We’re looking for someone with:

• 7+ years in IT Project Management / Business Analysis
• Experience within Pharma / Life Sciences / Healthcare
• Strong knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Waterfall methodologies
• Exposure to Digital, CRM, Data or AI projects
• Excellent stakeholder management skills in international environments
• Contract: Freelance
• Language: English - International environment
