Astek Iberia is seeking an experienced IT PMO professional to coordinate and monitor multiple IT projects, delivering executive reports and KPI dashboards for senior stakeholders. The role spans governance activities, steering committees, and collaboration with international teams in a cross-functional IT environment.

You will support budget tracking, maintain RAID logs and project documentation, and act as a coordination point between local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.

Formación

• 3–5 years of PMO/Project Management Support in IT environments.
• Experience producing executive reports, dashboards and management presentations.
• Strong governance and status-review support experience.
• Familiar with both Agile and traditional PMO methodologies.
• Experience working with international/distributed teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor progress of multiple IT projects, tracking milestones, deliverables, schedules and resources.
• Prepare governance packs and reporting for steering committees.
• Produce executive status reports and KPI dashboards for senior stakeholders.
• Organise and facilitate project meetings with clear action follow-ups.
• Coordinate between local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast vs. actual tracking where applicable.
• Maintain project documentation including RAID logs and change registers.
• Manage departmental documentation repositories.

At ASTEK Iberia, We are supporting a leading company in the utilities sector that is running multiple IT initiatives across its Spanish operations.

To strengthen project governance and portfolio visibility, we are looking for an experienced IT PMO who can support the coordination, reporting and monitoring of several projects running in parallel.

This is a broad, cross-functional role covering different technology domains, including areas such as ticketing solutions, security software and other business-critical IT initiatives.

• Organise and facilitate project meetings, ensuring follow-up of actions and decisions.
• Support budget monitoring and forecast-versus-actual tracking where applicable.
• Manage and maintain departmental documentation repositories.
• Act as a coordination point between local IT teams, business stakeholders and external partners.

Who are you?

• 3 to 5 years of experience as a PMO, Project Coordinator or Project Management Support professional within IT environments.
• Proven experience supporting multiple projects simultaneously within a portfolio environment.
• Experience producing executive reporting, dashboards and management presentations.
• Strong experience supporting governance activities, steering committees and status review processes.
• Good understanding of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Experience working with international and distributed teams.
• Fluent Spanish and English.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in multinational or multi-country organisations.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
• Experience supporting infrastructure, cybersecurity, IT operations or service management projects.
