Job summary

SII Group Spain is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead international insurance projects in a multinational environment, coordinating with global teams and technology providers.

The role focuses on end-to-end management, translating business needs into clear requirements, guiding agile and Waterfall processes, and delivering high-quality solutions while reporting progress to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a similar field.
• Experience managing IT projects and coordinating technical teams.
• Knowledge of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsibilities

• Lead technology projects from start to finish, ensuring scope, deadlines, budget, and quality.
• Act as a link between business and technical teams, translating functional needs into requirements.
• Define project plans, milestones, dependencies, and risks, monitoring progress.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (development, architecture, infrastructure, data, QA, and business).
• Participate in defining technical solutions with architects and engineering teams.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, track deliverables, and resolve blockers.
• Oversee the quality of deliverables, ensuring requirements are met.
• Prepare progress reports, project indicators, and stakeholder presentations.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in management processes, tools, and methodologies.
