Approach People Recruitment is seeking a Project Manager for Infrastructure & International IT transformation in Barcelona. You will lead cross-border IT rollout and transformation programs, coordinating global teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment with IT standards.

You will manage go-lives, hypercare, and post-transition support, reporting to management, while traveling 10–15% as required. Fluent English and Spanish are essential; PMP/PRINCE2 is a plus.

Formación

• Several years of IT project management experience.
• Experience with IT implementations, rollouts, transformation, or international projects.
• Excellent English and Spanish.
• PMP/PRINCE2 or other PM certification is a plus, ITIL knowledge is an advantage.
• Bachelor in IT or related field.
• Strong planning and stakeholder management skills.
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset.

Responsabilidades

In this role you will lead international IT rollout and transformation projects for a global Medtech organization. You’ll drive end-to-end delivery, coordinating cross-border teams, stakeholders, and partners to ensure alignment with global IT standards. Expect to manage go-lives, hypercare, and post-transition support, shaping international IT rollout governance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable impact while advancing the company’s IT overarching mission.
