SystemsAccountants is seeking an IT PMO to lead the setup and migration to new office locations in Madrid and across Europe. You will manage IT infrastructure and systems deployment, coordinate with stakeholders, and ensure timely delivery and budget alignment for relocation projects.

The role is an interim contract (6 months initially) with extension potential. English and Spanish are required, with some French preferred, and travel across Europe will be needed.

Formación

• Experience leading IT infrastructure projects and relocations.
• Knowledge of PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or Waterfall.
• Strong stakeholder management across Europe.

IT PMO - Infrastructure and IT Operations

This will be an interim contract (6 months initially) with possibility to extend as there are lots of projects in progress and in the pipeline!

A global company is looking for an IT PMO to lead the set up and migration to a new office location. Working with business stakeholders and the IT PMO, the role will manage the set up and successful relocation / migration to new locations and office spaces, including setting up, testing and deploying IT infrastructure and systems.

The role:

• Manage the set up and migration to new office locations in Madrid and wider European countries end-to-end
• Project Management of IT infrastructure and systems set-up
• IT Project Management: End-to-end delivery including engaging with stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure a smooth new office / workplace set-up
• Track and report on Project Progress across assigned scope ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
• According to the project plan: define milestones, monitor and report progress and manage stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage risk and resolve issues

Requirements:

• IT Project Manager with prior experience in office set up / office opening or site relocation
• IT infrastructure and IT Operations project management experience
• Knowledge of Project Management methodologies: PMI, PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Waterfall or similar desirable

English and Spanish-speaking, and ideally some French (i.e. conversational)

Location: Spain with travel onsite to Madrid and European locations as needed for the project.
