Antal International is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic digital projects across mobile apps, the corporate website, and e-commerce platforms.

You will work with external teams and vendors to ensure scope, quality, timelines, and budget alignment, while driving automation and continuous improvement across our digital ecosystem.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years leading IT and digital projects end-to-end.
• Experience with mobile apps, websites, and e-commerce projects.
• Experience coordinating external development teams and vendors.
• Knowledge of APIs, CRM platforms, and payment gateways.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is valued.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic technology and digital projects.

The IT Project Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic technology and digital projects, ensuring correct execution in terms of scope, quality, timelines, and budget.

This role plays a key part in the evolution of the company's digital ecosystem, including mobile apps, the corporate website and the development of the e-commerce channel, all contributing to a better business growth.

• Lead the planning, execution, and tracking of strategic technology and digital projects
• Manage the development mobile applications, ensuring an optimal digital experience for members
• Coordinate the design, development, and maintenance of the corporate website and associated digital platforms
• Lead the implementation and evolution of the e-commerce channel, including lead capture, online sign-up, digital payments, and user experience
• Coordinate technology vendors, digital partners, and external teams, ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and budget control
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement in internal processes and customer service
• Define functional requirements together with different departments and ensure their correct technical implementation
• Oversee functional testing, deployments, incidents, and enhancements across digital platforms
• Prepare project plans, timelines, KPIs, and regular reporting
• Ensure implemented solutions meet the security, data protection, and scalability standards needed to support company growth

What we're looking for

• University degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Solid experience as a Project Manager in IT or equivalent roles, with at least 5 years leading technology and digital projects end-to-end
• Proven experience in mobile app development, corporate websites, and e-commerce platform projects
• Experience coordinating external development teams, digital agencies, and technology vendors
• Knowledge of systems integration via APIs, CRM platforms, payment gateways, and customer-facing digital tools
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in dynamic, fast-growing environments
• Results-oriented profile with strong organizational and communication skills
• Analytical mindset, data-driven approach, and focus on continuous improvement
• High level of Spanish and English, both spoken and written; French is highly valued
