Amcor is seeking an experienced PM to lead the global Workday rollout within the People Technology function. You will drive the integrated plan, RAID log, and governance, coordinating HR, IT, and regional stakeholders to ensure on‑time delivery and a positive employee experience.

The role offers exposure to global leadership, cross‑regional collaboration, and enterprise‑scale delivery in a high‑visibility environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of PM experience in large-scale IT or digital HR transformation programs.
• Proven Workday implementation experience preferred.
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily project management and planning for the global Workday rollout.
• Maintain integrated project plan, RAID log, and ensure timely delivery.
• Synchronize internal teams and external SI to enable seamless execution.
• Support governance, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and decision tracking.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget in line with Amcor standards.
• Maintain project documentation and readiness activities for cutover, testing, and deployment.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication across HR, IT, and regional stakeholders.

In this role, you drive the global Workday implementation within Amcor’s People Technology function, coordinating cross‑functional teams and vendors to deliver an enterprise HR platform. You’ll own the integrated plan, RAID log, and governance, ensuring on‑time, high‑quality delivery and a positive employee experience. You’ll work closely with HR, IT, and regional stakeholders to align priorities and enable scalable, impact‑driven transformation. This two‑year program offers exposure to global leadership and enterprise‑scale project delivery in a high‑visibility environment.

• Coordinate daily project management and planning for the global Workday rollout
• Maintain integrated project plan, RAID log, and ensure timely delivery
• Synchronize internal teams and external SI to enable seamless execution
• Support governance, reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and decision tracking
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget in line with Amcor standards
• Maintain project documentation and readiness activities for cutover, testing, and deployment
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication across HR, IT, and regional stakeholders
• 7+ years of PM experience in large-scale IT or digital HR transformation programs in global orgs
• Proven Workday implementation experience (preferred) or other cloud HR systems
• Experience coordinating multiple workstreams and vendors across regions/time zones
• PM certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) preferred
• Strong PM and organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills
• Solid understanding of HR processes, integrations, and data management
• Occasional international travel may be required
